- • As a Business Development Manager for restaurant acquisition at Deliveroo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the network of restaurant partners by prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with new restaurants in your assigned territory.
- • Day to day, you will manage leads through cold calls, social media engagement, and occasional in-person meetings, pitch Deliveroo’s value proposition, negotiate commercial rates within profitability guardrails, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure signed restaurants go live successfully.
- • You will join a small, fast-moving, technology-driven team at Deliveroo Holdings plc in Dubai, where autonomy, ownership, and innovation are valued, and where the mission is to transform how the world eats by making food more convenient and accessible.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B sales, market expansion, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing directly to the growth and diversity of Deliveroo’s food delivery platform in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • BSc/BA in business or related field is preferred
- • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a high growth company
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- • Fluency in English is a must, Arabic/Hindi language skills are a strong advantage
- • F&B industry experience in the UAE is a plus
- • Self-starter capable of driving yourself to your targets every month
