📋 Description
- • Business Development Manager, Affiliate (Vietnam) – Drive growth by developing and optimizing affiliate campaigns, expanding influencer networks, and increasing trading user acquisition for OKX’s crypto platform in Vietnam.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing affiliate campaigns, building new affiliate networks, improving existing affiliate performance, identifying potential affiliates through creative strategies, optimizing business development plans for conversion, and analyzing user behavior and trends to inform strategy.
- • OKX is a leading global crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, serving millions of users and trusted by hundreds of institutions. The company operates on core principles of ‘We Before Me’, ‘Do the Right Thing’, and ‘Get Things Done’, fostering a diverse, rewarding, and collaborative culture across its global offices.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in crypto affiliate marketing, develop strategic partnership skills, master data-driven optimization techniques, and contribute directly to user growth and revenue in a high-impact, fast-moving industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor degree or above
- • 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
- • Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- • Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- • Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods through data analysis and segmentation
