This pivotal role is based in the United States, with opportunities in New York, San Francisco, and San Jose. You will be instrumental in significantly growing our affiliate network and strategic partnerships across the US market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic driver for our affiliate relationships, encompassing a diverse range of partners including influential crypto enthusiasts, content creators, traffic-driving websites, and educational platforms.

• • **Strategic Partnership Development:** Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and KOLs who align with OKX's brand values and growth objectives. This includes cultivating relationships with crypto influencers, educational content creators, and high-traffic crypto-focused websites.
• • **Performance Marketing Execution:** Design, implement, and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at driving measurable outcomes. Key performance indicators will include increasing user acquisition, boosting trading volume, promoting active trading, and enhancing overall platform engagement through affiliate channels.
• • **Relationship Management & Growth:** Nurture and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing affiliates and KOLs. Understand their unique needs and motivations, providing them with the necessary support and resources to ensure their success and alignment with OKX's business goals, fostering mutual growth and loyalty.
• • **Market Intelligence & Analysis:** Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor strategies within the US crypto landscape. Leverage this intelligence to refine our affiliate program, identify new partnership avenues, and maintain a competitive edge.
• • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with the US marketing team, product development, and regional leadership to provide critical market insights, feedback, and data. This collaboration is essential for optimizing product offerings, tailoring marketing messages, and ensuring the acquisition of high-quality, engaged users.
