• • As the Business Development Manager (Asia) for Aster, you will be at the forefront of expanding our innovative decentralized exchange (DEX) for crypto derivatives into one of the world's most dynamic financial markets. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic and results-oriented individual who thrives in the fast-paced crypto landscape, with a specific focus on cultivating and nurturing relationships within the Asian market.
• • Your primary mission will be to drive significant growth for Aster by identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with key institutional players. This includes, but is not limited to, top-tier crypto funds, sophisticated market makers, proprietary trading firms, and other influential entities within the broader digital asset ecosystem.
• • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the unique opportunities and challenges present in the Asian region. This involves understanding local market nuances, regulatory landscapes, and cultural business practices to effectively position Aster as the premier platform for crypto derivatives trading.
• • A core responsibility will be to foster and deepen relationships with existing institutional clients, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with Aster's offerings. • • You will also play a key role in promoting Aster's liquidity provision opportunities. By highlighting the high yields available through our majority-stablecoin LP pools, you will attract and onboard liquidity providers, thereby strengthening the platform's overall liquidity and stability.
• • This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto derivatives market, including order book mechanics, on-chain perpetuals, and the competitive landscape. You will leverage this expertise to articulate Aster's value proposition effectively and address the specific needs of institutional clients.
