  • • Serve as the primary outbound business development representative for Fresha in Auckland, driving new customer acquisition and market expansion within the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry.
  • • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification and outreach to closing deals, with a focus on engaging salon owners, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices.
  • • Utilize a multi-channel outreach strategy—including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings—to connect with high-potential business owners and decision-makers in the target market.
  • • Conduct customized product demonstrations to showcase Fresha’s AI-powered operating system, highlighting features such as appointment booking, point-of-sale, customer records management, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory tracking, and team management.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team and Head of Business Development APAC to align on territory strategy, sales targets, and pipeline development.
  • • Leverage Fresha’s integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and Google to articulate how partner businesses can unlock additional revenue through automated online marketing and increased visibility.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospects and clients, ensuring clear tracking of interactions, objections, and next steps throughout the sales funnel.
  • • Identify and qualify leads through market research, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms to build a robust and sustainable pipeline of potential clients.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding their unique operational challenges and positioning Fresha’s all-in-one platform as the solution to streamline their business and increase profitability.
  • • Stay informed on trends in the beauty and wellness industry, competitor offerings, and regional market dynamics to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • Represent Fresha professionally at industry networking events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on direct customer interactions to inform future enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
  • • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined execution of outbound sales activities and consistent follow-up.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner businesses to ensure successful onboarding and long-term retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in outbound business development or sales within the SaaS, tech platform, or service industry
  • • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos
  • • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • • Deep understanding of the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry preferred
