- • As a Business Development Manager for the DACH region, you will drive growth for a rapidly expanding global SaaS company in the insurance technology sector, focusing on expanding commercial presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and advancing the existing sales pipeline, identifying and developing new business opportunities with insurers and partners, maintaining and growing customer and partner relationships, collaborating closely with internal teams on deal strategy and positioning, participating in customer meetings and workshops, adapting the value proposition to local market needs, contributing to market analysis and competitive monitoring, and gradually assuming ownership of accounts, pipeline, and revenue.
- • You will join a dynamic, growth-oriented team within a global InsurTech SaaS company that values innovation and market expansion, operating with a remote-first approach while maintaining strong alignment with a European sales team.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full commercial ownership position with greater strategic influence, allowing you to develop end-to-end sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of the insurance technology landscape, and take increasing responsibility for revenue generation in a high-potential market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–8 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or pre-sales with a commercial focus
- • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
- • Background in insurance software providers, InsurTechs, or comparable SaaS companies is highly relevant
- • Ability to advance existing opportunities and generate new ones
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Fluency in both German and English
- • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approximately 2–4 trips per month)
