- • The Business Development Manager role is pivotal in driving our growth. This position is integral to building and managing the complete sales cycle of business development initiatives. - • Key responsibilities include conducting direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products to a diverse client base.
- • You will be responsible for managing relationships with sophisticated clients, including various types of investment funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (often referred to as 'whales').
- • A critical aspect of the role involves proactively identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations, thoroughly understanding their unique needs, and subsequently delivering highly tailored solutions that address those requirements.
- • You will be expected to lead and manage complex deals from inception to closure, independently coordinating with internal departments such as product, legal, and research to ensure a seamless and efficient deal progression.
- • The role encompasses overseeing the entire deal lifecycle, beginning with initial cold outreach, progressing through negotiation and contract finalization, and culminating in the successful receipt of payment.
