  • • As a Business Development Manager, Direct Sales (Japan), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the Japanese market. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage the complete sales cycle for business development initiatives. This involves a proactive approach to analyzing market trends, identifying lucrative opportunities, and cultivating rewarding partnerships. The business development strategy at P2P.org is deeply collaborative, requiring you to work closely with our product, legal, and research teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will be expected to demonstrate persistence in closing deals, a high degree of curiosity, and inventiveness in devising strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will include conducting direct cold sales of our non-custodial staking products, targeting a diverse client base that encompasses various types of funds (including VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, and ETPs), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (often referred to as whales). You will be instrumental in proactively identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within these organizations, gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges, and subsequently presenting tailored solutions that align with P2P.org's offerings.
  • • You will lead and manage complex deals from inception to completion, acting as the primary point of contact and coordinating independently with internal departments such as product, legal, and research to ensure a seamless and efficient deal closure process. This end-to-end ownership of the deal cycle, from initial cold outreach and qualification through negotiation, contract signing, and final payment receipt, is crucial to your success and the company's growth.
  • • Success in this role requires a proactive, self-driven individual who is comfortable navigating the competitive landscape of institutional finance and blockchain technology. You will be a key contributor to expanding P2P.org's market presence and solidifying our position as a leader in institutional staking.
