- • As a member of the Business Development Fulfillment team, you will be at the forefront of expanding Cart.com's market presence in the 3PL and Fulfillment sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to execute strategic business development initiatives, cultivate strong, consultative relationships with prospects, and manage a pipeline of mid-size deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- • You will engage with potential clients to introduce Cart.com’s comprehensive supply chain services, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring solutions that leverage our cutting-edge technology and extensive fulfillment network. This role requires a deep understanding of the eCommerce and 3PL landscapes, coupled with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

You will work closely with various internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of customized solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your insights from market research into emerging trends and opportunities will be invaluable in shaping our go-to-market strategies.
- • Beyond acquiring new clients, you will also play a vital role in customer retention by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base. Supporting contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms will also be a core aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring both client satisfaction and Cart.com's profitability.
- • Representing Cart.com at industry events and conferences will be an important part of your role, allowing you to promote our brand, build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and stay abreast of industry best practices.
