- • **Drive Growth in the US Payments Landscape:** As a Business Development Manager at Form3, you will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the dynamic US Banking and Payments industries. Your primary mission will be to expand Form3's reach by engaging with some of the world's largest Financial Institutions and most innovative FinTech companies.
- • **Strategic Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and engage potential clients through a multi-channel approach. This involves building and executing targeted outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn, leveraging sales engagement platforms to initiate meaningful conversations and uncover sales opportunities.
- • **Rigorous Lead Qualification:** Conduct structured and insightful qualification calls to meticulously assess each lead's fit with Form3's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will evaluate their buying intent, understand their specific needs, and confirm they meet key qualification criteria, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on the most promising prospects.
- • **Cultivate Key Relationships:** Develop and nurture robust, long-term relationships with a diverse range of buying personas within target organizations. This requires a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities, enabling you to tailor Form3's value proposition effectively.
- • **Masterful Pipeline Management:** Maintain a highly organized and accurate sales pipeline within Salesforce and other engagement tools. This includes meticulously documenting all activities, capturing detailed qualification notes, and consistently tracking pipeline metrics to ensure transparency and facilitate effective forecasting.
- • **In-depth Market Intelligence:** Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities within the payments and FinTech sectors. This knowledge will be crucial for aligning your efforts with Form3's overarching strategy and identifying emerging market opportunities.
- • **Collaborative Sales and Marketing Synergy:** Work in close partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize targeting strategies, and enhance overall pipeline development efforts. Your insights from the front lines will directly contribute to campaign effectiveness and strategic planning.
- • **Champion Form3's Innovative Solutions:** Articulate the value and benefits of Form3's cutting-edge payment technology solutions to prospective clients. You will need to translate complex technical features into tangible business outcomes that address client pain points and strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar pipeline-generation role within B2B, with a preference for Fintech/payments experience.
- • Proven track record of qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
- • Hands-on experience using sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) to build and manage sequences and cadences.
- • Strong multi-channel prospecting skills, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- • Understanding of the Financial Services landscape, including payments, banking, and FinTech (desirable).
- • Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) with disciplined activity tracking and opportunity handover.
