- • Business Development Manager - Field Based role focused on driving new business acquisition for Fresha’s AI-powered beauty and wellness operating system in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding regions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new salon, spa, fitness, and wellness business partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new merchants onto the Fresha platform.
- • You will work closely with the Commercial team and report directly to the Business Development Team Lead in Malaysia, contributing to regional growth targets through autonomous, results-driven field sales activities.
- • Fresha is a global leader in beauty and wellness SaaS, powering over 1 billion appointments across 140,000+ businesses worldwide, offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can develop expertise in B2B sales, market expansion, and AI-enabled SaaS solutions while making a tangible impact on local business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales, preferably within the SaaS, beauty, wellness, or local services industry.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, deliver persuasive pitches, and negotiate effectively with small to medium-sized business owners.
- • Self-motivated, autonomous worker comfortable with field-based responsibilities, including travel within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas to meet prospects and clients.
- • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines; experience using platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is advantageous.
- • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus for engaging diverse business communities.
