📋 Description
- • The Business Development Manager serves as the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers, responsible for executing the suppliers' strategy and managing the complete sales cycle to maximize revenue, Net Gross Profits, and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization and partners.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, developing, and implementing supplier/vendor specific initiatives; engaging Channel Partners and Vendors; handling credit management, order processing, and AR Collections; managing pipeline, forecasting, and inventory; learning from existing BDMs on market potential; coaching Channel Partners to develop sales competencies; and coordinating with Suppliers for Partner Technical and Sales Training on new products and technologies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
- • Bachelor's Degree with Technical / Business field of study required.
- • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information in English and a local language.
- • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
