  • • Drive profitable revenue growth for Unilever's professional product portfolio, encompassing household care, textile laundry, and personal care brands, within the German market. This role is pivotal in leveraging renowned Unilever consumer brands within the professional sector, creating enhanced value for Diversey's customers by delivering solutions precisely tailored to their specific end-user needs.
  • • Spearhead sales initiatives and actively explore new Routes to Market (RTMs) and distribution partners for the Unilever business. Simultaneously, focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clientele, ensuring sustained business and customer loyalty.
  • • Develop and execute strategic plans with clear revenue and profit targets for both new customer acquisition and existing account management. This involves a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • • Manage and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with partners, ensuring favorable agreements. Diligently oversee and manage existing contracts, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for renewal or expansion.
  • • Foster close collaboration and build strong relationships with regional customer service representatives and key account managers. This synergy is crucial for effectively capitalizing on sales opportunities identified within the sales funnel and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • • Implement the overarching central strategy for the Unilever brand portfolio within Diversey Germany. This includes developing the business to increase market penetration of professional Unilever products in the business-to-business (B2B) market.
  • • Gain a deep understanding of the local market landscape, identifying specific sectors, target audiences, and optimal market entry strategies. This involves a thorough analysis of where Diversey operates locally and the potential for growth with specific brands, product portfolios, and new product introductions (NPIs).
  • • Analyze market data and customer insights across all channels and RTMs to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends and opportunities. This data-driven approach will be essential for optimizing sales strategies and product positioning.
  • • Develop and execute effective (trade) marketing actions and techniques to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility within the professional market. This includes understanding the nuances of B2B marketing and tailoring approaches accordingly.
  • • Act as a key liaison between Unilever and Diversey, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and operational execution. This involves facilitating communication and collaboration between the two organizations to maximize the success of the joint venture.
  • • Contribute to the overall success of Diversey's German operations by driving the growth of a key strategic brand portfolio. This role offers a significant opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's market position and financial performance.
  • • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reach and impact of Unilever's professional product lines. This requires a forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to continuous business development.
