  • • Serve as the primary business development representative for Fresha in Porto, driving growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing partnerships with beauty, wellness, and self-care businesses including salons, barbershops, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices.
  • • Conduct targeted outreach and sales campaigns to expand Fresha’s merchant base in the Porto region, leveraging the company’s AI-powered operating system that integrates appointment booking, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory management, and team scheduling.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers through in-person meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups, clearly articulating how Fresha’s platform increases revenue, reduces administrative burden, and improves customer retention.
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and positioning for the Porto market, ensuring alignment with regional trends in beauty and wellness services and local competitive dynamics.
  • • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisition and platform adoption, tracking performance through CRM tools and reporting key metrics such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and retention.
  • • Act as a local market expert, gathering and relaying insights on competitor activity, customer pain points, and emerging service trends to inform product development and regional strategy.
  • • Represent Fresha at local industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads within the beauty and wellness ecosystem.
  • • Provide onboarding support and initial training to new merchant clients, ensuring smooth adoption of Fresha’s integrated software suite and maximizing early engagement and satisfaction.
  • • Work closely with customer success and support teams to ensure seamless handoff of new clients and address any operational or technical concerns that may impact retention.
  • • Utilize Fresha’s consumer marketplace to demonstrate to merchants how online bookings and integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and Google drive increased customer acquisition and revenue.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, client interactions, and contract terms within the company’s CRM system.
  • • Stay informed about updates to Fresha’s product features, pricing models, and integrations to effectively communicate value propositions during sales conversations.
  • • Operate autonomously within a high-growth startup environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple pipelines, and adapting quickly to changing market conditions and company priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the beauty, wellness, fitness, or local service industry
  • • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • • Strong ability to conduct in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations with small business owners
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • • Deep understanding of local market dynamics in Porto and the surrounding region
