  • • As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Engineering at Fyxer Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our rapidly growing AI-powered email company. This is a unique opportunity to build the highest-performing engineering team in Europe, one hire at a time, by owning the end-to-end recruitment process for our Platform, Product & Growth Engineering, Data, ML/AI functions.
  • • Your primary mission is to ensure that every single hire made as Fyxer scales from its current 20 engineers to over 50 significantly raises the bar for technical excellence. You will partner directly with our CTO to identify, attract, and secure the exceptional talent that will define our next phase of innovation and product development.
  • • This role transcends traditional Talent Acquisition. It demands a proactive, creative, and continuous approach to sourcing top-tier candidates, building and maintaining a robust pipeline even when specific roles are not immediately open. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Fyxer remains at the forefront of applied AI in the email space, a sector poised for significant disruption and growth.
  • • A key aspect of your success will be designing and maintaining a hiring process that is not only rigorous and efficient but also provides a world-class experience for every candidate, regardless of the outcome. This includes ensuring that interview loops are structured, calibrated, and lead to decisive outcomes, thereby maintaining a clean and fast hiring funnel that never impedes our growth trajectory.
  • • You will be the trusted partner for our hiring managers, ensuring they never have to chase for updates and that the recruitment process is seamless. Your deep understanding of the engineering talent market will be invaluable, positioning you as the go-to expert within the company. The CTO and VP of Engineering will rely on your leadership to ensure the recruitment function operates smoothly and effectively, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass owning the entire engineering hiring lifecycle. This involves not just filling roles but actively sourcing exceptional individuals through creative and proactive methods. You will build and nurture a high-quality candidate pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of talent for current and future needs.
  • • Beyond sourcing, you will be responsible for raising the bar on our recruitment processes. This means designing and implementing a hiring framework that is both demanding in its assessment of talent and efficient in its execution, all while prioritizing a positive candidate journey. You will meticulously track and report on key funnel metrics, including time to hire, offer acceptance rates, and source quality, using this data to drive continuous improvement.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with the leadership team, specifically the CTO and VP of Engineering. You will collaborate on headcount planning, providing honest, data-driven insights into the current market landscape, including salary benchmarks, typical hiring timelines, and candidate availability for critical roles.
  • • You will act as a strategic thought partner, offering more than just execution. Your insights will help shape our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract individuals who not only possess the technical skills but also align with Fyxer's ambitious vision and culture. Your ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality or speed will be crucial.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the architect of our engineering talent acquisition, ensuring that Fyxer attracts and secures the innovators and builders who will help us achieve our goal of becoming a $10B+ company by redefining email with applied AI. Your success will be measured by the caliber of engineers you bring on board and the seamless, efficient, and candidate-centric process you orchestrate.
