- • Own the creation of a brand-new sales channel at DailyPay by building a high-impact network inside the private-equity ecosystem. You will be the first and only person dedicated to turning PE relationships into a predictable, scalable revenue engine for our award-winning on-demand pay platform.
- • Cultivate and deepen trust-based partnerships with managing directors, operating partners, and portfolio-value teams at top-tier PE firms whose holdings match our Ideal Customer Profile (large, hourly, frontline workforces). Your rolodex will become one of the company’s most valuable assets.
- • Influence investment professionals to embed DailyPay into their value-creation playbooks—positioning our solution as a lever for higher retention, lower turnover costs, and improved ESG scores. You will arm them with data, case studies, and ROI models they can confidently share with every CFO and CHRO in their portfolios.
- • Generate a qualified pipeline of 7- and 8-figure opportunities by mapping PE portfolios, scoring fit, and orchestrating warm introductions between PE partners and our field sales reps. You will track every interaction in Salesforce and report weekly on pipeline velocity, influence attribution, and revenue contribution.
- • Co-sell alongside regional VPs and enterprise AEs, acting as the “PE whisperer” who removes friction, accelerates cycles, and ensures portfolio executives view DailyPay as a strategic imperative rather than a tactical perk.
- • Translate market intelligence into actionable strategy. You will monitor PE deal flow, sector rotations, add-on acquisitions, and exit timelines to surface the next wave of high-value targets before competitors even know they exist.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product to package PE-specific use cases, with Marketing to craft co-branded thought-leadership assets, and with Customer Success to showcase portfolio-wide impact—turning early wins into reference stories that fuel the flywheel.
- • Define the KPI framework for this channel: number of PE firms activated, portfolio companies influenced, pipeline dollars sourced, and ARR booked. You will iterate quarterly, presenting findings to the C-suite and refining the playbook for global expansion.
- • Represent DailyPay at PE conferences, LP meetings, and operating-partner forums, elevating our brand as the category-defining worktech partner for modern, human-centric employers.
- • Champion a culture of curiosity and urgency—testing new outreach sequences, piloting joint webinars, and experimenting with portfolio-wide incentive structures to unlock exponential growth.
