  • • As a Business Development Manager at Fresha, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, driving the acquisition of new business partnerships and playing a pivotal role in our continued global success.   • • Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead new business development initiatives, focusing on bringing in high-value clients and partners to the Fresha platform. This involves a comprehensive understanding of the beauty and wellness market, identifying unmet needs, and articulating the unique value proposition of Fresha’s all-in-one business software and financial technology solutions. You will be expected to build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential leads, from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • • You will conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities within the beauty and wellness sectors. This research will inform your outreach strategies and ensure that Fresha remains at the cutting edge of the industry. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our business development strategies and identifying key target segments for growth.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with potential partners. This includes beauty salons, spas, barbershops, wellness centers, and individual practitioners. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Fresha can provide solutions to enhance their operations, increase revenue, and improve customer engagement.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each prospective partner. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly, and a persuasive approach to demonstrate the ROI of partnering with Fresha.
  • • Collaborating closely with the wider Commercial team and the General Manager of Europe is essential. You will share market intelligence, provide feedback on product development based on partner interactions, and work synergistically to achieve collective business objectives. Your ability to work autonomously while also being a strong team player will be key to your success.
  • • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing. This requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • • The role demands a proactive and persistent approach. You will be expected to overcome objections, navigate complex decision-making processes within potential partner organizations, and consistently strive to exceed targets.
  • • Beyond direct sales, you will also contribute to the strategic direction of Fresha’s business development efforts in the region. This may involve participating in industry events, networking with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships that extend beyond direct client acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business owners and decision-makers.
  • • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • • Strong understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • • Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
