- • Serve as a Business Development Manager based in Strasbourg, responsible for expanding Deliveroo’s presence in France by acquiring new restaurant partners.
- • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via phone and in-person visits to identify and onboard new restaurant partners.
- • Generate a high volume of daily calls to maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline.
- • Spend a minimum of three days per week on-site in your assigned territory to build relationships and close deals with local restaurants.
- • Present and sell Deliveroo’s value proposition using internal sales scripts while tailoring messaging to each restaurant owner’s needs and context.
- • Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with restaurant partners, from initial contact to contract signing.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent follow-up.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and agreements within the company CRM system.
- • Provide post-signing support to new restaurant partners to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partnership success.
- • Regularly report sales activity, progress, and challenges to your Regional Sales Manager.
- • Demonstrate strong autonomy, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Leverage an understanding of the restaurant and foodtech industries to effectively communicate Deliveroo’s benefits to potential partners.
- • Maintain a professional, persuasive, and relationship-focused approach during all customer interactions.
- • Operate with a strong sense of ownership over your territory and sales outcomes, adapting strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into Deliveroo’s platform and operational ecosystem.
- • Embrace Deliveroo’s culture of innovation, speed, and customer-centricity while contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how the world eats.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum Bac+3 or equivalent experience in sales
- • Proven experience in B2B sales or commercial roles
- • Comfortable with field prospecting and direct merchant engagement
- • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and closing track record
- • Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- • Valid driver’s license (Permis B) required
