- • Build and execute scalable outbound strategies to generate top-of-funnel pipeline across North America, targeting verticals including retail, eCommerce, 3PL, distribution, manufacturing, and fulfillment.
- • Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies by identifying, mapping, and prioritizing strategic enterprise accounts in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- • Generate qualified opportunities through multi-channel prospecting including email, LinkedIn, phone, video, partner ecosystems, referrals, field events, and trade shows.
- • Design and optimize repeatable workflows for prospecting, lead qualification, CRM discipline, and seamless handoff from MQL to SQL to Opportunity.
- • Partner with Marketing to enhance lead scoring, campaign effectiveness, trade show follow-up, event-driven pipeline generation, and strategic account engagement initiatives.
- • Own lead qualification by conducting early-stage discovery to assess ICP fit, urgency, business pain, and technical alignment before routing leads to the Sales team.
- • Track and analyze KPIs including sourced pipeline volume, conversion rates, meeting quality, and revenue influence to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and process efficiency.
- • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Design, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure smooth customer transitions and consistent, predictable pipeline growth.
- • Establish internal reporting structures and qualification standards that make pipeline generation scalable, predictable, and measurable.
- • Drive GTM process improvements by creating clarity from ambiguity, building systems from scratch, and owning operational execution in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
- • Maintain high CRM discipline using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms to track activities and pipeline progression.
- • Travel across North America for customer visits, strategic events, trade shows, and executive meetings as required to support pipeline development and market expansion.
- • Act as a key liaison between Marketing and Sales to align on messaging, target account prioritization, and campaign performance to maximize pipeline conversion.
- • Shape the foundation of Sereact’s North American commercial engine by defining processes that scale with the company’s growth trajectory.
- • Leverage technical understanding of automation systems, robotics, or operational technology to build credibility and alignment with enterprise customers and internal technical teams.
- • Drive performance optimization by iterating on outreach methods, target account selection, and qualification criteria based on data and feedback loops.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic outbound sales, pipeline generation, or GTM operations within B2B technology, robotics, automation, logistics, or industrial solutions
- • Proven success developing outbound systems, qualification frameworks, and account-based market strategies that generate qualified enterprise pipeline
- • Strong experience with CRM and outbound tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms
- • Experience working in a fast-growing scale-up environment where building processes from zero is required
- • Technical understanding of automation systems, robotics, or operational technology is a strong plus
- • Willingness to travel across North America for customer visits, trade shows, and executive meetings
