Weekday Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Bengaluru, working remotely within India, to spearhead business development efforts for our esteemed client, Samaaro. Samaaro is a leading software development company renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to client success. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the competitive US market.
  • • This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and market analysis. You will be responsible for understanding the nuances of the US software development landscape, identifying potential clients, and articulating Samaaro's value proposition effectively. Your primary objective will be to build and expand Samaaro's client base in the US, ensuring sustained growth and market penetration.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including but not limited to: conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential client segments, and competitive landscapes within the US technology sector. You will proactively identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, online research, and direct outreach. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas will be a core function.
  • • You will be expected to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. Crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific requirements of US-based clients will be crucial. Collaborating closely with Samaaro's sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction will be paramount. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring favorable terms for both Samaaro and its clients.
  • • Furthermore, you will continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities. Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management will be an essential part of your role. You will act as a brand ambassador for Samaaro, representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, both virtually and potentially in person.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to a non-technical audience. You will need to be adept at using CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and analyze performance data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients across different cultures and time zones.
  • • Your strategic insights will help shape Samaaro's go-to-market strategy for the US, identifying key differentiators and competitive advantages. You will play a critical role in expanding Samaaro's footprint in a highly lucrative and dynamic market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth trajectory of a forward-thinking software development company, working with a client that values innovation and client-centricity. If you are a self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for driving business success, we encourage you to apply.
  • • The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships, understanding the evolving needs of the US tech industry, and positioning Samaaro as a preferred vendor for software development services. You will be empowered to take ownership of your territory and drive impactful business outcomes. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the strategic direction of a growing company and to develop your career in international business development.
