📋 Description

• As a Business Development Manager for OKX Web3 Community, you will be at the forefront of driving user growth and engagement for OKX DEX, one of the most dynamic decentralized exchanges in the crypto space.
• This is a senior, highly connected, and execution-obsessed role where you will own the strategy and implementation of initiatives aimed at acquiring new traders and fostering a vibrant community.
• Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand OKX DEX's user base and trading volume through innovative referral, rebate, and commission models.
• You will be instrumental in designing, launching, and optimizing these acquisition systems to ensure sustainable user growth and long-term engagement.
• A key part of your role will involve building and managing a robust affiliate partnership program, focusing on driving DEX trading volume and improving conversion rates.
• You will actively recruit, manage, and incentivize affiliates, ensuring they are aligned with OKX DEX's growth objectives and effectively driving traffic and trading activity.
• You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing activation campaigns, trading contests, and other incentive programs designed to meet and exceed ambitious growth metrics.
• This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision, playing a central part in shaping OKX DEX's global presence and market position.
• You will identify new paths and strategies to grow OKX DEX's user base and trading volume, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
• You will negotiate and close partnership deals, ranging from community-focused collaborations to complex economic agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and strategic alignment.
• A critical aspect of your role will be to synthesize market insights and user feedback, communicating these needs effectively to inform and influence product strategy and development.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance, to ensure all growth initiatives are aligned with broader company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• You will meticulously monitor, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, user retention, lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI), to continuously optimize strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Growth, or Community roles within the DeFi, DEX, or Crypto Exchange sectors.
• Active and proficient user of onchain trading terminals such as Uniswap, Jupiter, Axiom, gmgn, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing referral, commission, or rebate-based user acquisition models.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute plans that drive tangible business results.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for effective global coordination; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• High execution orientation, self-drive, resilience, and the ability to thrive in decentralized, fast-moving environments.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong comfort level in optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
• Prior experience in designing and managing decentralized ambassador programs or community-driven growth initiatives (Nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with OKX DEX or similar on-chain referral/rebate mechanics (Nice-to-have).
• Knowledge of onchain ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Base, EVM chains) and their respective community dynamics (Nice-to-have).
