- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the business development lifecycle. This requires a keen understanding of commercial agreements, a persuasive communication style, and the ability to navigate intricate discussions with decision-makers.
- • Collaboration will be essential. You will work closely with the General Manager of Europe, providing regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and strategic recommendations. You will also liaunt with various internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners and to provide valuable feedback that informs our product development and market strategy.
- • Beyond closing deals, you will be a brand ambassador for Fresha, representing our company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. Your ability to articulate our vision, showcase our innovative technology, and build trust will be crucial in establishing Fresha as the preferred partner for beauty and wellness professionals.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed new business acquisition targets, contribute to the growth of our merchant base, and foster strong, productive relationships with new partners.
