📋 Description

• • As a Business Development Program Manager at Bloomerang, you will drive team performance and revenue impact by ensuring sellers have the skills, confidence, knowledge, and resources to execute effectively in support of the company’s mission to empower nonprofits with technology and purpose.
• • Day to day, you will assist in onboarding new sellers, build seller skills through coaching and group training, drive change management for new sales processes, partner with sales leadership to improve team performance, train reps on selling the One Giving Platform, develop advanced selling techniques like multithreading and board-level conversations, synthesize input from Marketing and RevOps into clear guidance, maintain sales process clarity, explore AI tools for efficiency, help AEs connect platform features to nonprofit outcomes, support GTM kickoffs and SABRs, design and iterate enablement programs, track dependencies, and collaborate with other enablement managers.
