- • As a Business Development Representative at Hypori, you will serve as the outbound execution engine for the company’s pipeline generation, directly supporting Account Executives and marketing teams in driving revenue growth for a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS platform that enables secure mobility with zero data on endpoints.
- • Day to day, you will execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls and email sequences, book qualified first meetings for AEs, drive event registrations and follow-ups, and deliver direct outreach campaigns designed by Marketing — all while operating within defined sequences and personalizing at scale to maximize pipeline yield.
- • You will join a motivated, execution-focused GTM team in Austin at a well-funded cybersecurity innovator backed by $55M from UBS, AE Industrial Partners, Hale Capital Partners, and GreatPoint Ventures, expanding into commercial and regulated markets with a differentiated virtual workspace product.
- • In this role, you will develop elite outbound sales skills, master CRM and sales engagement tools, gain deep exposure to cybersecurity and zero-trust concepts, and accelerate your career in a high-performance environment where coachability, persistence, and results are rewarded with clear paths to advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed activity and pipeline metrics
- • Strong phone presence — comfortable making cold calls and do not need to be told twice
- • Excellent written communication; capable of crafting sharp, concise outbound emails
- • High energy, competitive by nature, and genuinely motivated by results
- • Coachable and process-oriented — executes the playbook and improves it over time
- • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms
- • Ability to manage competing priorities across pipeline generation, event support, and campaign execution
- • Experience selling into Federal, Defense Industrial Base, or Financial Services verticals a plus
- • Exposure to cybersecurity, mobile security, or zero-trust concepts a plus
- • Familiarity with tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
