📋 Description
- • Generate and qualify a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities for Adthena’s Account Executive team by conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers in assigned vertical markets including Automotive, Retail, B2B/B2C Technology, Education, Insurance, Financial Services, Legal, and other targeted industries.
- • Engage in early-stage discovery conversations to identify client pain points, assess fit, and qualify interest in Adthena’s AI-powered search intelligence solutions.
- • Deliver a consultative sales approach by articulating Adthena’s value proposition using case studies, use cases, and industry-specific insights.
- • Conduct thorough research on strategic accounts to understand business priorities, organizational structure, and potential engagement opportunities.
- • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to align on target accounts, refine outreach strategies, and maximize meeting quality and conversion rates.
- • Utilize sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to plan, execute, and scale outbound campaigns effectively.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline conversion rates to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Navigate conversations with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level buyers across technical and economic decision-making roles.
- • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and recent developments in paid search and Google’s advertising ecosystem to maintain credibility and relevance with prospects.
- • Meet or exceed monthly targets for outbound activity and qualified meetings while maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and team growth.
- • Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and master new sales methodologies and tools.
- • Represent Adthena with professionalism and enthusiasm to create a strong first impression with prospective clients.
- • Leverage Adthena’s award-winning product and market position to confidently position the company as a leader in paid search intelligence.
- • Take ownership of personal development through Adthena’s bespoke Sherpa plans to accelerate career growth within the sales organization.
- • Participate in regular team socials, quarterly offsites, and annual events to foster team cohesion and company culture.
- • Utilize the provided home office stipend to create an optimal remote work environment when working outside the London Geohub.
- • Take advantage of flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work (2 days/week in London) or fully remote options available to 52% of the team.
