- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Redgate Software, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, playing an integral role in the success of our entire sales team. Your primary mission will be to proactively acquire new and existing customers, driving growth within the DACH market from our vibrant Berlin office.
- • You will be empowered to leverage both marketing-generated and self-sourced leads, employing a multi-channel approach that includes phone, email, CRM, outreach software, and social media platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in qualifying these leads at a high level, transforming them into tangible new business opportunities.

- • You will be responsible for all aspects of the acquisition process, from initial lead management and thorough research to meticulous qualification and providing foundational customer support. - • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- • Proven ability to create a strong first impression and deliver an excellent experience for prospects and customers.
