- • As a Business Development Representative at Vanta, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s outbound sales engine and building pipeline as Vanta moves upmarket, helping to establish the company as a best-in-class security and trust platform in a competitive landscape.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mastering Vanta’s value proposition, identifying strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense, organizing multi-channel prospecting sequences, coordinating meetings with Account Executives, logging activities, and effectively handling objections with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
- • You will join a kind, talented, and rapidly growing team at Vanta—a profitable, mission-driven company that helps businesses continuously monitor and prove their security and trustworthiness through its leading Trust Management Platform.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS sales processes, build scalable outbound procedures, strengthen your prospecting and communication skills, and make an early impact by contributing directly to revenue growth while representing Vanta’s brand with empathy and professionalism.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role
- • Ability to commute to the office for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week)
- • College degree required
- • Self-starter mindset with enthusiasm for creating processes in a scaling business
- • Strong interpersonal and technical skills, including objection handling and empathy toward prospects
