- • As a Business Development Representative at Heidi Health, you will play a critical role in supporting Account Executives and expanding Heidi’s presence across healthcare organisations by driving high-quality, strategic outbound efforts that prioritise meaningful engagement over volume, directly contributing to the company’s mission of restoring humanity and continuity to healthcare through its AI Care Partner.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives to build and execute targeted outbound strategies for enterprise healthcare accounts, conducting deep research to map organisations, identify key stakeholders, buying committees, and decision-makers within complex health systems, and generating well-qualified meetings through personalised, multi-channel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- • Your day-to-day will include tailoring messaging to align with the specific clinical, operational, and financial priorities of health systems, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene by accurately logging activities, notes, and pipeline data, and clearly articulating Heidi’s value proposition to senior clinical, operational, and executive leaders to advance long-cycle, high-value deals.
- • You will actively contribute to refining sales strategy by providing market feedback on messaging, positioning, and buyer behaviour, while consistently meeting and aiming to exceed activity and pipeline targets that support sustainable growth in mid-market and enterprise segments.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, including stakeholder mapping, account-based selling, and consultative outreach, while gaining deep exposure to healthcare innovation and the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle sales role or other high-impact positions within a rapidly scaling global healthtech leader.
- • You will also cultivate resilience, consistency, and a growth mindset through direct mentorship from experienced sales leaders and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you to fast-track your career in startup sales if you demonstrate early impact and drive.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role, preferably supporting mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
- • Proven ability to research and engage senior stakeholders in complex organisations, particularly within healthcare or technology sectors
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting personalised, compelling outreach messages
- • Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams
- • Resilience, consistency, and a genuine motivation to improve your craft through feedback and iteration
- • Interest in healthcare, technology, or mission-driven work (healthtech experience is a plus but not required)
