- • As a Business Development Representative at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s sales pipeline and driving execution toward ambitious growth targets, working closely with the Head of GTM and Business Development Manager to shape go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
- • Day to day, you will build and evolve the outbound motion by testing messaging, channels, and strategy; run message tests and analyze ROI; lead personalized outreach to high-priority accounts; convert cold and warm leads into SQLs; partner with the GTM team on MQL feedback and campaign performance; and serve as the first point of contact for prospects through qualification calls and early evaluation stages.
- • You will join a fast-paced, high-impact GTM team at an AI-native ERP company backed by $100M from top-tier investors including Sequoia, a16z, and Iconiq, serving high-growth accounting and finance teams with a mission to enable zero-day close through unified data models, AI agents, and deep integrations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales motions, financial technology value propositions, and outbound strategy iteration; gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with product, GTM, and leadership; and accelerate your career in a high-growth environment where initiative, speed, and impact are directly rewarded with increased responsibility and compensation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or other customer-facing role at a top-tier SaaS startup or leading accounting/consulting firm
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can distill complex concepts into clear, conversational messaging
- • Experience reaching out to finance or accounting decision-makers
- • Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting concepts
- • Proactive and action-oriented mindset—you take initiative
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple projects
