- • As a Business Development Representative at Skimmer Inc., you will serve as the critical first point of contact for potential customers, generating qualified opportunities that fuel the growth of our Account Executive team and directly contribute to modernizing the pool and spa service industry through innovative SaaS solutions.
- • You will execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, SMS, and other channels, aiming for 100+ calls per day using provided leads and tools to identify and engage prospects who book and attend discovery/demo meetings with Account Executives.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand their needs, refine your outreach strategies, and learn from top performers to accelerate your sales career development within a supportive, remote-first team environment.
- • You will leverage Skimmer’s tech stack—including HubSpot CRM, Dialpad, Zoom, and G-suite—to manage pipelines, track activity, and optimize outreach, benefiting from an AI-forward approach that enhances customer experience and sales efficiency.
- • You will embody Skimmer’s core values by driving results with urgency, communicating transparently, building trust through humble and diverse collaboration, and celebrating wins as part of a team where customer success is synonymous with company success.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales development, mastering lead qualification, sales engagement platforms, and consultative outreach techniques, positioning yourself for rapid advancement into Account Executive or sales leadership roles within a growing, PE-backed company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence and demonstrated listening skills
- • Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day)
- • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot is a huge plus)
- • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
