- ⢠As the first Business Development Representative in Singapore, you will play a foundational role in generating new business opportunities and building Addeparās pipeline across Southeast Asia and the broader APAC wealth and investment management ecosystem, directly contributing to the companyās growth in a high-potential region.
- ⢠Day to day, you will prospect and qualify new business opportunities, create and manage targeted account lists, conduct discovery conversations with stakeholders in private banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment firms, build account intelligence, help shape outbound messaging and regional campaigns, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team.
- ⢠You will join a global commercial team at Addepar, a leading data and AI platform used by over 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries to manage nearly $9 trillion in assets, working alongside Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners in a mission-driven, collaborative environment that values innovation, ownership, and client success.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop expertise in fintech sales, gain deep exposure to high-net-worth and institutional markets, refine your outbound sales and account-based prospecting skills, and build a career foundation in a fast-growing, cross-border environment while contributing to the establishment of Addeparās presence in APAC.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- ⢠Strong interest in wealth management, private capital, or investment technology; prior exposure is a plus
- ⢠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, polished, and professional presence
- ⢠Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- ⢠Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese) are a plus given the regional nature of the role
