  • • As a Business Development Representative at EdVisorly, you will generate qualified pipeline and drive institutional partnerships across the company's growing college and university network, serving as the first point of contact with higher education decision-makers.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating qualified meetings with admissions, enrollment, registrar, transfer, advising, and student success leaders; building and maintaining targeted account lists; translating enrollment trends and market signals into personalized outreach; executing multi-channel outbound cadences via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn; maintaining 100% CRM accuracy; feeding market intelligence to marketing and partnerships teams; and helping build scalable prospecting playbooks.
  • • EdVisorly is a mission-driven edtech company building the fastest-growing transfer platform for colleges and universities, using AI and data to transform how higher education supports student mobility and equitable access.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the higher education market, refine your outbound sales and communication skills, and gain clear pathways to grow into leadership roles such as Director of Partnerships, Partnership Success, or Marketing as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, admissions, enrollment, fundraising, recruiting, or similar high-accountability outbound role
  • • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft concise, personalized messaging that captures the attention of busy higher education leaders
  • • Strong organizational habits including excellent CRM hygiene, consistent follow-through, and daily execution discipline
  • • Comfort using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) for research, personalization, and productivity
  • • Experience in SaaS, edtech, higher education, or B2B enterprise sales (bonus)
  • • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or Gong (bonus)
