📋 Description

• As a Business Development Representative at Oscilar, you will help generate qualified pipeline and support the growing sales organization by identifying prospects and driving outbound activity to create opportunities for Account Executives.
• Day to day, you will conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers, qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and social outreach, collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and territory coverage, maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM systems, and participate in regular coaching, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Oscilar is building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, trusted by banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk with AI, and is powered by industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent united by a mission to make the digital world safer.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS and fintech sales, master outbound sales tools and CRM systems, exceed activity and pipeline targets, and grow into a high-performing sales professional with ownership and impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, or Salesforce
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn
