- • As a Business Development Representative at Skimmer Inc., you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team in a mission-driven company modernizing the pool and spa service industry.
- • Day to day, you will execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, SMS, and other channels, making roughly 100+ calls per day using provided leads and tools to book discovery/demo meetings with AEs.
- • You’ll join a remote-first sales team of 8 people (1:1 AE:BDR ratio) reporting to the Director of Sales, using HubSpot, Dialpad, Zoom, and G-suite, where humble, hardworking teams collaborate to drive customer success.
- • In this role, you’ll develop foundational B2B SaaS sales skills, learn from experienced AEs, and grow your career in a company that prioritizes development, retention, and internal mobility with a strong eNPS and high retention rate.
🎯 Requirements
- • Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence and demonstrated listening skills
- • Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day)
- • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot is a huge plus)
- • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
