  • • As RVP Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads, you will lead and grow the sales team responsible for driving adoption of Mirakl’s retail media solution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering businesses in the platform economy.
  • • You will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers; define and execute a local go-to-market strategy; establish relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite decision-makers; mentor and develop your team through coaching and training; and develop strategic partnerships to increase Mirakl Ads’ visibility in the eCommerce and retail media sector.
  • • You will join the EMEA Mirakl Ads team led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Mirakl Ads, consisting of 8 professionals focused on unlocking profitable revenue streams through Mirakl Ads—a self-service retail media platform launched in November 2022 that leverages Mirakl’s eCommerce expertise to maximize sales and profitability via digital advertising.
  • • In this role, you will achieve regional growth for a SaaS company by acquiring new clients and implementing upsell/cross-sell strategies, while developing leadership expertise in retail media, AI-driven advertising technologies, and enterprise sales execution within a global, values-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of proven success in software sales with specific experience in the retail media industry
  • • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing a sales team of 10+ people
  • • Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective upsell/cross-sell strategies
  • • Experience establishing relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite executives
  • • Sales leadership and team development skills
  • • Strategic thinking and go-to-market execution ability
  • • C-level relationship building expertise
  • • Business-driven mindset with ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • • Team player: collaborates effectively and shares best practices to elevate team performance
  • • Fluent in English and French; German is an added advantage
