- • As a Business Development Representative at Intercom, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline for the Sales organization through strategic prospecting and engagement with enterprise accounts.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build target account lists, conduct expert cold calling and personalized email outreach, leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales intelligence tools, and deliver tailored experiences to C-level prospects as the initial point of contact.
- • You will join a high-performing, development-focused BDR team at Intercom, a trusted AI Customer Service company serving nearly 30,000 global businesses, where internal promotion and career growth in sales are strongly encouraged.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales, prospecting strategies, SaaS market trends, and cross-functional collaboration — building a foundation for a future career as an Account Executive or closing-based sales role.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong desire to build a career in Sales, with interest in progressing to an Account Executive or closing-based role
- • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience, with Sales and/or SaaS experience preferred
- • Experience and success working with Enterprise-sized accounts
- • Proficiency in prospecting skills including cold calling, email, and social selling using modern sales engagement tools
- • Excellent communication abilities to articulate value, listen effectively, and collaborate across teams
- • Growth mindset and results-oriented approach, with self-awareness, proactive feedback seeking, and a drive to exceed quota
