  • • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, leveraging your growing understanding of Blackpoint Cyber's cutting-edge solutions and a keen awareness of evolving industry trends. You will act as a trusted advisor, communicating directly with potential clients to deeply understand their unique cybersecurity challenges and business needs.
  • • Through insightful conversations, you will articulate how Blackpoint Cyber's innovative products and services can provide the most effective and valuable solutions, tailored to their specific requirements. This involves not just presenting features, but truly uncovering pain points and demonstrating tangible benefits.
  • • You will be a key player in the initial stages of the sales cycle, meticulously qualifying leads and ensuring that every interaction is productive and moves the prospect closer to a partnership.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve proactive outreach. You will utilize our CRM system, HubSpot, along with other essential tools and business directories, to identify and contact marketing-generated leads and other potential prospects.
  • • Your outreach will be multi-channel, employing phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate discussions, gauge interest, and explain the value proposition of Blackpoint Cyber's offerings.
  • • Collaboration is central to success in this role. You will work closely with your sales and marketing colleagues, sharing critical information such as lead qualification insights, effective selling strategies, and relevant marketing updates. This ensures a cohesive and informed approach to market engagement.
  • • A crucial aspect of your daily work will be building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users within prospective client organizations. This requires persistence, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in their business.
  • • Meticulous record-keeping is essential. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate account records within HubSpot, ensuring that all interactions and prospect information are up-to-date and easily accessible for the wider team.
  • • To excel, you must develop and maintain a deep, comprehensive understanding of Blackpoint Cyber's product suite. This includes staying abreast of the latest advancements, emerging technologies within the cybersecurity landscape, and competitive intelligence.
  • • Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead qualification targets and objectives. This requires a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving business growth.
  • • You will conduct initial discovery calls, potentially present product demonstrations, and effectively showcase the unique value and benefits of Blackpoint Cyber's solutions to potential buyers.
  • • A core function is to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, consistently working towards and achieving assigned quotas. This involves strategic planning, effective follow-up, and a proactive approach to opportunity development.
  • • While primarily focused on remote engagement, there may be occasional opportunities to travel to industry trade shows and events. These events offer valuable chances to support pipeline growth, network with potential clients and partners, and strengthen existing relationships.
  • • The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organized, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be a persuasive presenter, adept at matching client needs with the most suitable solutions.
