📋 Description
- • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targeted meeting and pipeline goals within the P&C insurance software market.
- • Prospect and identify high-potential clients through multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- • Engage directly with C-level executives at insurance companies to understand pain points and present the value proposition of Guidewire’s cloud-based platform.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and internal cross-functional teams including sales and marketing.
- • Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations to showcase Guidewire’s digital, core, analytics, and AI-enabled insurance solutions.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting strategies, align messaging, and accelerate pipeline conversion.
- • Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize outreach efforts.
- • Stay current on evolving trends in property and casualty insurance technology and leverage market insights to uncover new business opportunities.
- • Travel as required to meet with prospects, attend industry events, and support regional sales initiatives.
- • Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines, follow-ups, and internal communications simultaneously.
- • Operate with a hunter mentality, proactively seeking new business rather than relying on inbound leads.
- • Demonstrate proven business acumen in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of exceeding sales and development targets.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry and Guidewire’s position as a trusted platform for over 540+ insurers globally.
