📋 Description

• As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Dandy Technology, Inc., you will be a key member of our founding Germany BDR team, responsible for generating leads and filling the top of our sales funnel as we launch the go-to-market function from the ground up.
• You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects, generating new business through outbound channels, including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
• You will track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes.
• You will pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
• You will collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.
• You will contribute ideas to build the FR BDR function from scratch, your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
• Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
• Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
• Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process
• Overall track record of professional and academic success
