📋 Description
- • The Business Development Representative will engage potential customer agents, qualify leads, and schedule video demos for the sales team, playing a key role in driving early-stage pipeline for a proptech company transforming the home-search experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach to provided leads, introducing and explaining marketing services, engaging prospects to assess needs, scheduling video demos, following up with interested agents, tracking conversations, handling objections, and participating in daily team meetings.
- • The company is a proptech innovator focused on redefining how people discover and connect with homes through a swipe-based, personalized platform that learns user preferences in real time to deliver curated property recommendations.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strong sales and communication skills, gain experience in lead qualification and pipeline management, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment while supporting U.S.-based clients during EST business hours.
