  • • You are the ignition switch for institutional Bitcoin adoption. As the first human touchpoint for CFOs, Heads of Digital Assets, Treasurers and Trading Desks at the world’s largest banks, hedge funds and corporates, you will translate abstract Lightning Network benefits into concrete P&L impact. Every conversation you start moves a multi-billion-dollar balance sheet one step closer to natively settling in Bitcoin.
  • • Own the entire top-of-funnel revenue engine. You will map corporate treasuries, prime brokerages, investment banks, commercial banks and regional banks to identify the exact stakeholders who are ready to graduate from exploratory research to live pilots. Using a data-driven, multi-channel motion—phone, email, LinkedIn voice notes, industry events and warm referrals—you will craft hyper-personalized outreach that speaks to settlement risk, trapped capital and new yield streams.
  • • Build and maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline that delivers 3-4Ă— quota coverage. You will score inbound and outbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), book discovery calls, and pre-brief every meeting with battle cards, tailored ROI decks and executive alignment summaries. Your CRM hygiene ensures leadership can forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy and marketing can attribute every campaign dollar to closed-won ARR.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to compress enterprise sales cycles. You will partner with Solutions Engineers to translate complex Bitcoin and Lightning Network concepts into risk-committee-friendly ROI models, loop in Legal and Compliance early to pre-empt procurement blockers, and feed Product Management with competitive intelligence and feature requests that keep Blockstream three steps ahead of alt-L1s and incumbent fintechs.
  • • Iterate relentlessly on messaging and process. Weekly, you will present funnel metrics, conversion rates and deal velocity to the VP of Sales, then A/B test subject lines, call openers and objection-handling techniques to lift response and meeting-set rates quarter over quarter. Your experimentation log becomes the playbook that every new BDR clones on day one.
  • • Evangelize Blockstream at premier fintech and Bitcoin conferences—Permissionless, Consensus, Money 20/20—hosting invite-only roundtables and executive dinners that position the company as the trusted infrastructure partner for the next wave of institutional adoption. The relationships you spark in hallway conversations often turn into seven-figure opportunities twelve months later.
  • • Champion market intelligence. You will log every competitive mention, pricing objection and product gap in Salesforce, tagging Product and Pricing teams so roadmap prioritization reflects real-time field data. Your quarterly win-loss report shapes both engineering sprints and board-level strategy.
  • • Finally, embody the culture of a remote-first, mission-driven organization. You will share wins, losses and creative hacks in Slack, mentor junior BDRs through call-listening sessions, and contribute to a knowledge base that turns tribal knowledge into scalable process. Your fingerprints will be on the next billion dollars of Bitcoin settled through Blockstream infrastructure.
