- • Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calls, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling to generate new pipeline from untapped prospects.
- • Build and manage targeted prospect lists by researching accounts and identifying key decision-makers within mid-size to large enterprise companies across multiple industries.
- • Represent ClickUp’s brand during initial customer interactions, positioning the platform as a solution for productivity and workflow challenges.
- • Schedule web conferences and product demos for new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
- • Serve as a product specialist on ClickUp’s AI-native workspace, including tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search features.
- • Maintain high activity levels through consistent daily outreach, demonstrating resilience and persistence when results are not immediate.
- • Leverage multi-channel outbound motions (phone, email, social) to initiate conversations with prospects who have not yet expressed interest.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs to account executives and customer success teams.
- • Demonstrate customer empathy and genuine curiosity by listening to prospect needs and tailoring outreach to address specific pain points.
- • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
- • Operate in a hybrid model from the Dublin, Ireland office, with expectations to be present in-office on designated days.
- • Use AI tools daily as part of the sales process, aligning with ClickUp’s AI-native culture and evaluating AI fluency in prospect engagement.
- • Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- • Uphold a positive, driven attitude and a hunter mentality focused on creating opportunities from scratch rather than relying on inbound leads.
- • Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy, communication protocols, and fraud prevention when interacting with prospects and internal teams.
