📋 Description

  • • Convert interest from Scribe’s rapidly growing product-led user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals.
  • • Research target accounts and key stakeholders to develop thoughtful, high-impact outreach strategies tailored to enterprise prospects.
  • • Design and execute outbound and reactivation campaigns to engage new accounts and re-engage dormant prospects.
  • • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize win rates through aligned follow-up and customer insights.
  • • Lead high-value prospect conversations including discovery calls and light product education to assess enterprise fit and identify buying signals.
  • • Experiment with new outreach tactics and collaborate cross-functionally to test, refine, and scale effective sales approaches.
  • • Represent Scribe in webinars, training sessions, and live customer interactions to demonstrate product value and deepen user engagement.
  • • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all prospect interactions are documented for visibility and follow-up across sales teams.
  • • Stay informed on AI and LLM technologies to effectively communicate Scribe’s Workflow AI platform benefits during customer conversations.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a hyper-growth startup environment, embracing ambiguity and driving initiative without rigid playbooks.
  • • Engage with a fast-moving sales cycle, managing multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
  • • Contribute to a culture of rapid learning by continuously testing new tools, messaging, and cadences to improve conversion efficiency.
  • • Work from the San Francisco office three days per week, collaborating in-person with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
  • • Support the scaling of Scribe’s sales engine by helping transition millions of individual users into enterprise customers.
  • • Utilize data and feedback from customer interactions to inform product and marketing insights shared with internal teams.
  • • Maintain a high-energy, optimistic, and professional presence in all customer-facing communications.
  • • Embody Scribe’s values of accelerating impact, raising the bar, and being a rapid learning machine in daily execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6 months to 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with exposure to prospecting, customer conversations, or inbound lead management
  • • Strong communication skills and infectious energy in all customer interactions, with a genuine interest in building a career in sales
  • • Demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, or achievement through internships, extracurriculars, athletics, or other experiences
  • • Natural curiosity and excitement about learning new technologies, particularly AI and LLMs
  • • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
  • • Ambitious early-career mindset with a drive to accelerate growth in a hyper-growth startup
