  • • We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in connecting with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations, generating new business opportunities, and playing a critical role in driving pipeline growth and expanding our client base.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting proactive, multi-channel outreach to identify and engage with prospective clients. This includes leveraging various communication methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to initiate conversations and build initial rapport.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying and meticulously qualifying leads through diligent proactive research and direct engagement. This involves understanding the prospect's business challenges, identifying potential needs that Centific's AI solutions can address, and determining their readiness and fit for our offerings.
  • • A key aspect of this role is building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. This involves understanding their strategic priorities, pain points, and how Centific can provide value.
  • • Your success will be measured by your ability to schedule high-quality meetings that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. This requires effective qualification and compelling communication of Centific's value proposition.
  • • You will facilitate smooth and efficient handoffs of qualified leads to Account Executives or Client Partners, ensuring that the momentum of the deal is maintained and that the prospect receives a seamless transition in their engagement with Centific.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-up activities, and lead statuses within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is crucial for effective pipeline management and team collaboration.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and events teams to contribute to and execute targeted campaign strategies. This cross-functional collaboration ensures alignment and maximizes the impact of our outreach efforts.
