- • Your role as a BDR is crucial to our success. You will be responsible for identifying and researching high-value target accounts within our key industries. This involves a deep dive into potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and how Rox's innovative solutions can provide significant value. You will then craft highly personalized and compelling outbound messaging campaigns across various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. The goal is to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers at the world's most forward-thinking go-to-market teams.
- • This position is not about following a rigid script. We are seeking individuals who are thoughtful, inherently curious, and driven to break into the dynamic world of startups. You will learn the intricacies of selling complex, cutting-edge products to sophisticated buyers. Your ability to quickly absorb new information, adapt your approach, and apply your learnings on the fly will be essential. You will develop a robust understanding of Rox's platform, our target customer profiles, and the broader landscape of the revenue stack, particularly as it intersects with artificial intelligence.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to refine messaging, develop effective follow-up strategies, and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified opportunities. Your insights from prospect interactions will be invaluable in shaping our sales and marketing efforts. You will also be encouraged to experiment with new tactics, explore innovative tooling, and test novel outreach strategies to continuously improve our pipeline generation efforts.
- • Maintaining pipeline hygiene and accurately tracking all activities within our CRM system is a fundamental responsibility. This ensures data integrity and provides valuable insights for forecasting and strategic planning. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to full-cycle sales processes and contribute to broader go-to-market initiatives.
