  • • As a Business Development Representative at Intercom, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline and laying the foundation for the Sales organization through strategic prospecting and engagement with enterprise customers.
  • • Day to day, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build target account lists, conduct expert cold calling and personalized email outreach, leverage LinkedIn for social selling, and deliver tailored experiences to C-level prospects while articulating Intercom’s value as a trusted advisor.
  • • Intercom is the AI Customer Service company trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, known for its advanced AI agent Fin and Customer Service Suite, with a culture rooted in pushing boundaries, building with speed, and delivering incredible customer value.
  • • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales, prospecting, and SaaS product positioning, with clear pathways for career growth into Account Executive or closing roles, supported by internal promotion and skill development in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment.
