- • Serve as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting the Digital Engagement Solutions (DES) sales teams at Computer Systems, Inc. (CSI) by identifying and engaging prospects in the community and regional financial institution market.
- • Map and research target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and Microsoft Dynamics to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within financial institutions.
- • Initiate outbound contact with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings with territory managers, focusing on CSI’s Digital Engagement Solutions.
- • Follow up on content downloads and inbound leads to qualify interest and position DES solutions, ultimately driving meetings with sales executives.
- • Log all prospect interactions, outreach attempts, and meeting outcomes accurately in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring complete and timely documentation for sales team visibility.
- • Schedule in-person meetings for territory managers at trade shows, industry events, and conferences, coordinating logistics and supporting sales presence at key industry gatherings.
- • Become a subject matter expert in CSI’s Digital Engagement Solutions, including digital account opening, payments systems, and competitive offerings within the digital banking space.
- • Maintain a high level of persistence and resilience, as 90% or more of outbound efforts may not yield immediate results; consistently execute follow-ups and refine outreach strategies based on feedback.
- • Deliver clear, confident, and professional presentations during Zoom/Teams demonstrations and in-person engagements with prospects, conveying value propositions aligned with client needs.
- • Travel up to 20% to support sales executives at industry events, client meetings, or trade shows as needed, representing CSI’s brand and solutions in field settings.
- • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and team members to provide actionable insights, feedback, and data-driven updates on prospect engagement and market trends.
- • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills while working under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- • Maintain a detail-oriented, self-directed, and coachable approach to daily tasks, ensuring alignment with sales processes and CRM hygiene standards.
- • Continuously expand knowledge of trends in financial technology, deposit account acquisition, payment processing, and digital banking transformation to better support sales conversations.

- • Experience in a business development or sales development role focused on software or digital banking solutions
- • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools
- • Experience in direct customer interactions, such as providing support or training to end users
- • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and coachable with high resilience and persistence
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate industry experience
- • Ability to become a subject matter expert in digital banking, digital account opening, and payments
