  • • As a Business Development Representative at Celtrino, you will play a pivotal role in disrupting the UK EDI market by identifying and engaging high-potential target accounts that are dissatisfied with legacy providers, directly contributing to Celtrino’s mission to become the clear market leader in the region.
  • • You will drive new pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement, while maintaining rigorous activity metrics and ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team for conversion.
  • • You will collaborate closely with presales, marketing, and implementation teams within a unified Revenue function, leveraging aligned goals and shared resources to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • • You will own end-to-end lead management—from initial contact through nurturing and qualification—using HubSpot to maintain pristine data hygiene and applying frameworks like BANT to assess fit and readiness.

  • • You will engage senior decision-makers in operations, IT, procurement, and finance across industries such as retail, FMCG, pharma, healthcare, and government, articulating Celtrino’s value proposition in streamlining B2B transactions and improving cash flow.

  • • You will develop advanced sales acumen in a high-growth, scale-up environment, gaining expertise in SaaS sales cycles, value-based selling, and enterprise procurement processes, positioning you for rapid career progression into Account Executive and senior roles.
  • • You will work in a high-trust, transparent culture that invests in your development, with leadership committed to your success and a collaborative team of four experienced AEs who share best practices and celebrate wins collectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or SDR roles within B2B SaaS, technology, or supply chain solutions.
  • • Proven track record in outbound lead generation, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, with consistent achievement of activity and conversion targets.
  • • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Nooks, or similar platforms for prospecting, sequencing, and CRM management.
  • • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and activity volumes, with the ability to analyze and act on data to improve performance.
  • • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and handle objections strategically when engaging senior stakeholders.
  • • Hunter mentality: self-motivated, results-driven, accountable, and comfortable operating with urgency and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

  • • Access to a best-in-class tech stack featuring AI-powered prospecting tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and engaging target accounts.
