- • As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding Notable’s presence across large healthcare systems by generating qualified pipeline through strategic, research-driven outreach and partnership development, directly contributing to the company’s growth and mission impact.
- • Drive outbound prospecting into a curated list of priority health systems, building relationships and generating new qualified opportunities for the sales team through personalized, value-based engagement.
- • Support strategic account development by identifying new contacts and expansion opportunities within existing healthcare partners in collaboration with Product Managers and Customer Success Leaders to uncover untapped potential.
- • Execute targeted account-based prospecting campaigns into large healthcare organizations with multiple entities or business units, tailoring outreach to complex organizational structures.
- • Research healthcare systems, stakeholders, and market dynamics to craft personalized outreach that engages decision makers and influencers with relevant, timely messaging.
- • Qualify early-stage opportunities, conduct initial discovery conversations, and transition validated opportunities to Sales and/or Customer Success teams with clear handoff documentation.
- • Maintain consistent activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and forecast reliability.
- • Experiment with modern prospecting tools and automation approaches to improve outbound efficiency and engagement, leveraging AI and emerging technologies where appropriate.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align outreach with active initiatives, customer needs, and market priorities, ensuring strategic coherence across teams.
- • Continuously refine messaging based on feedback from the field and evolving healthcare market dynamics, adapting strategies to maximize response and conversion rates.
- • Operate with high autonomy and self-direction, managing your own pipeline and activity without constant oversight while maintaining disciplined execution.
- • Develop deep expertise in healthcare SaaS sales cycles and stakeholder engagement, positioning yourself for long-term career growth into a future sales leadership role.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in a business development role within SaaS and HealthTech environments.
- • Proven experience prospecting into complex organizations such as health systems, hospitals, or large enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- • Comfort initiating conversations with senior healthcare stakeholders and clearly articulating value propositions in early-stage discussions.
- • Highly self-directed and motivated, capable of managing your own pipeline and activity with minimal supervision.
- • Demonstrated ability to take a thoughtful, research-driven approach to outbound prospecting rather than relying on high-volume, generic outreach.
- • Curiosity and openness to experimenting with new prospecting methods, tools, automation, or AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
