📋 Description
- • As a Délégué Technico-Commercial for Dexcom in Île-de-France Est, you will play a key role in promoting Dexcom’s innovative continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices to healthcare professionals, directly contributing to improved diabetes patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with multidisciplinary healthcare teams—diabetologists, general practitioners, nurses, healthcare providers, and pharmacists—by delivering expert presentations on the clinical and technical benefits of Dexcom’s solutions, providing training and technical support, and identifying growth opportunities in your territory.
- • You will join Dexcom France, the French subsidiary of a global leader in diabetes technology innovation, operating in a dynamic, meaningful, and formative environment dedicated to transforming the lives of diabetic patients through biosensor-based health insights.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced commercial and negotiation skills within the medical devices sector, gain deep expertise in CGM technology, and have clear pathways for career growth through internal training programs and tuition reimbursement, all while contributing to Dexcom’s mission of becoming a leading consumer health technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, management, or science, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
- • Proven track record of exceptional commercial performance in diverse contexts within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- • Ability to anticipate client needs, build lasting commercial relationships, and use performance indicators to adapt and optimize your sales activities.
- • Fluency in English (good understanding required) to support global collaboration and access to international resources.
